The Northwest Youth rodeo court represents the largest youth rodeo association in Oregon and Washington for over 50 years now, NORTHWEST YOUTH RODEO Association!

Code of the West Awards nominations are open October 16, 2026 through October 30, 2026.

The Code of the West Award will recognize four contestants—two Juniors and two Seniors—who exemplify the values of the Code of the West through their sportsmanship, integrity, respect, and conduct both in and out of the arena.

Contestants can be nominated by fellow members, parents, spectators, sponsors, or board members through an online form. The board will go through these nominations and select the recipients. Winners will be recognized at the year-end awards banquet.

When submitting a nomination, please share a specific example or experience that demonstrates how this contestant exemplifies the Code of the West and the true spirit of rodeo.
