Join us along with the Northwest High School Rodeo Club for a work party on Saturday June 20 at 9:00 am at the Molalla Buckeroo Grounds! This is a great way for all ages to come help out.

Be sure to bring your gloves, clippers, w**d whackers, leaf blowers, rakes/brooms, anything you feel might be helpful.

Just a reminder of the office hours to check in and get your back numbers.

These will be your contestants back numbers all season, so make sure to keep them in the trailer to bring to every rodeo!

One last reminder!

We know that you uploaded your birth certificates for your contestant(s) on your Saddlebook Profile. Saddlebook informed us we would have access to confirm these as soon as our contestant signed up for a rodeo. It turns out, we only have access to documents uploaded WITH the rodeo/membership entry, not documents uploaded to personal profiles. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We are all volunteers doing our best to streamline this process, and this was our first year utilizing SaddleDocs.

Unfortunately, our rule book requires us to confirm birth certificates, so we need to see them.

We have a few options
1. You can email it directly to [email protected]
2. You can pull up your Saddlebook when you check in at St Paul to get your contestant's back number and show it to one of us
3. You can show us a copy on your phone or a paper copy when you check in to get your contestant's back number
4. You can access your 2026 membership entry via the link in the confirmation email and scroll to the bottom where you will see the birth certificate section. You will click add image and you can add the birth certificate that is uploaded to your SaddleDocs. That way we can view them before St Paul

The following contestants are entered in St Paul but will need confirmed via one of the options above in order to compete
(List as of as of noon on June 12)

Again, we are terribly sorry. We know this might be frustrating. We appreciate your help navigating this hiccup so we can ensure all of our contestants are eligible to rodeo.

Big thanks to everyone who has sent them in so far!

Thank you,
NWYRA Officers

Please support FFA

Democrats in Salem are getting ready to wipe out proven, hands-on education programs like Oregon FFA and ag education while protecting plenty of other pet projects and carve‑outs. At a time when they are willing to spend tens of millions on initiatives such as electric-vehicle subsidies and new bureaucracies, they are proposing to phase out FFA support grants, agricultural summer grants, and CTE programs that actually change students’ lives.

FFA serves over 15,000 Oregon students, with statewide participation up more than 50% in six years, while students log over 600,000 hours a year in real-world ag projects. These are the exact kinds of programs Oregon should double down on, not dump.

If Democrats move forward with this budget, it will be crystal clear: they will fund almost anything before they fund FFA and career‑ready education for our kids.

Add your name to tell the Joint Ways and Means Committee to keep funding Oregon FFA, Summer Ag Education Grants, and CTE Pathways Grants by signing here today:
