WAEF's Student Committee hosted the tradition of Senior Day to celebrate the Class of 2026! It begins with a parade through all three schools and follows with a picnic with games and an ice cream truck! Thank you to Mrs. Kramer and Mrs. Balatgek for submitting a WAEF Grant to fund this day of "Doing More" to encourage acceptance and kindness!

Dana Kramaroff, a local school teacher and author of The Do More Club, came to WREC on Thursday, May 7 to discuss her book’s central themes of “belonging” and “spreading kindness”. All students at WREC got to meet Dana in a school-wide assembly and later participated in writer’s workshops and various activities.
