As the weather gets warmer, we’re seeing increased traffic at the pantries, which means more neighbors are relying on them every day. Donations are always needed to help us keep the boxes stocked, accessible, and ready for anyone who may need a little extra support.

Food insecurity is still a reality for many families in our community—and it often impacts children. In Michigan, about 1 in 6 children face food insecurity, meaning they don’t always have consistent access to enough food. These small boxes help fill that gap and support neighbors who may be struggling quietly.

Donations can be placed directly in the boxes, dropped off on our porches, or purchased through our Amazon wishlist and shipped right to us. Every item makes a difference—thank you for supporting our neighbors 💚

Our Little Free Food Box depends on regular, ongoing donations to keep food available every single day for our neighbors.

Even when the shelves look okay, they can empty quickly. Consistent support is what keeps this going and makes sure anyone who needs a little extra help can count on it being there — no questions asked.

We’re always accepting non-perishable food and consumable items only — things like canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, peanut butter, snacks, and other pantry staples.

Donations can be left directly in the boxes or purchased from our Amazon wishlist.
