Whether your swimmer is just starting out or ready to race, our team is all about building confidence, friendships, hard work, and FUN! From first laps to championship meets, there’s a place for everyone in the Dolphin family.
During the months of June and July, we offer two-a-day practices at Woodstock High School, and for the summer season we move outside to Woodstock Water Works! ☀️🏊‍♀️

NEW! Senior Dolphins Program (18+)

We are excited to offer a new training opportunity for athletes 18 and older and are looking to continue practicing in a team environment with coaching support.

Athletes can choose between two practice options Monday through Thursday:
• 1 hour practice: 7:30–8:30 PM
• 1.5 hour practice: 7:30–9:00 PM

This program will be offered during April and May and billed on a monthly basis:
• $80/month for 1 hour practices
• $120/month for 1.5-hour practices
