Welcome, Nour!

We are excited to officially welcome Nour Botros as the new Executive Director of Next Step Ministries!

Nour brings 12+ years of ministry leadership experience and a heart for developing people, building strong teams, serving families, and sharing the Gospel through meaningful ministry.

Throughout our extensive search process, what stood out most was Nour’s faith, humility, and desire to listen and learn. He understands that Next Step Ministries is more than an organization — we are a ministry, called to serve our clients and families with dignity, excellence, and love.

Nour has already been spending intentional time learning about our programs, team, and community, and we are excited for everyone to get to know him in the weeks ahead.
