☀️ IT’S GOING TO BE HOT! ⚾️

If you have practice this weekend, start hydrating ASAP! Don’t wait until you’re on the field.

💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day
🥤 Bring plenty of fluids to practice
🍎 Eat regular meals and snacks
🧢 Wear light, breathable clothing and a hat
🌳 Take frequent breaks in the shade when possible
⚾️ Listen to your body—if you feel dizzy, weak, nauseous, have a headache, or feel unusually tired, stop playing and tell a coach or parent immediately.

Participation in practices is at the discretion of each parent/guardian. Please make the choice that’s best for your player and their comfort in the heat.

🍔 Concessions will be open with a limited menu. No hot food will be available.

Let’s keep our players safe, hydrated, and ready to play! ❤️⚾️
