‼️Long post. Please read‼️

We have made the hard decision to cancel this weekends shows due to the rain we received. The amount of standing water in the arena is just too much to properly dry and be worked up by even Saturday on top of us being very very short handed. With that being said, here’s what’s happening:

*Club points are final.* We are going to have a meeting here soon to break everything down for End of Year Awards and work on getting those ordered very, very soon! If you are still missing club work hours for this, please reach out to me and we can work something out. If anyone has any inquiries about their standings I can let you know the official breakdown at the end of next week.

‼️We are planning an open show for September 12th with times TBD. We will be COMBINING SPEED AND RAIL for this show. We may add in some fun classes here and there as well but TBD.

Club Members- what are some events that you would like to see this fall. We would love to put on a few more events for the club this October/November but would love more input. Jackpots, clinics, discipline specific shows, we wanna know from YOU.

In the meantime, I’d like to thank everyone who has helped us throughout the season and wish everyone attending TSCA State show this year GOOD LUCK!

‼️Update 5pm: as of now the show is still on! The arena got just enough rain to knock out the dust. HOWEVER, there is more rain on the way. We are well aware of this and will run the show or cancel accordingly! ‼️

We are postponing the show by an hour and a half tonight to see what this weather is going to do. Registration will open at 6:30 and show will start at 7:30.

Praying it misses the club altogether! Be sure to pay close attention to the page tonight as this is where updates will be given!!!!

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to help, watch, and ride! 🐴

As of right now the rail show is still on for tonight! Registration starts at 4 and show starts at 5! Patterns are attached below. Weather permitting this is our second to last scheduled show for the year!

We are planning some events for the off season, comment some things y’all would be interested in and we can see what we can make happen!! We will have some open arena ride nights soon as well so keep an eye out.

Join us for trainers starting at 6pm tonight! Speed show starts at 7:30! 

‼️STATE SIGNUPS‼️
6 o’clock Miss Emily will be set up under the pavilion with the point book for anybody interested in signing up for State. Please remember you need a hard copy of your Coggins for us to send to State. It must be up-to-date through September 7.  Feel free to message me with any further questions.

We are keeping an eye on the weather for tomorrow night. Remember to check this page for updates!

******State Show Signups Aug 7th starting at 6pm****
Location: Clarksville 79, during the speed show. Look for Emily Swan set up at the tables. We have a list of who qualifies for what classes and will have the point book available for anyone wanting to see.

Need current coggins required for each horse
Classes are 7$ per class
Weekend Armbands are $10 now and $17 the weekend of.
Draw number: 18 class 14 Pole Bending 50&over. We need at least 5 members to volunteer to avoid any fines to the club.
Gate time is Friday 12:00-1:30 we need at least four members/volunteers.
Need make model and color of motorized vehicle you plan on bringing

*Make sure to bring PRINTED COGGINS of the horse you plan to bring to state.
Must be good through Sept7th! These have to be mailed in with our applications.*

Members that attend state must be able to work at least one if not both work times. Failure for our club to provide workers can result in fines up to $500.

If you are questioning if you qualify and have not reached out to me, please do so!
Then Reach out to Kelli Dunn for stall and camp info. 615-488-0837.

Please add what you are paying for on a note card and include the name the stalls and campsite should be reserved under. The form of payments accepted are: checks, cashier checks, and or money orders paid to TSCA. Must be mailed and postmarked by Aug 1st.
Campsites and Stalls are $65 each. However, campsites cost depends on Amp svc:
If using a 50 amp svc for camping price is $85.00
30 amp svc is $65.00. This price is for Thursday-Monday at noon camping.
If you plan on arriving Wednesday after 3pm it's an additional $20.00 for Wednesday camping per site.
Again, MUST be postmarked by Aug 1st.
