🌸💐 Peace, Pots & Planting 💐🌸

In May, we celebrated Mother's Day with a special afternoon of creativity, connection, and growth. Moms and their children painted flower pots, planted flowers together, and took home a beautiful reminder of the time they shared. 🌱💖

Thank you to all the families who joined us and helped make this event so meaningful. We loved seeing the creativity, laughter, and special moments shared throughout the day!

Hackensack Meridian Health is currently offering housing support assistance for eligible residents in Perth Amboy and Woodbridge who may be experiencing housing instability.

Support may include:
🏠 One-time rental assistance
🔑 Security deposits & move-in support
💡 Utility assistance
🤝 Housing stabilization services
📄 Direct payments to landlords

Eligible applicants must be:
✔️ 18 years or older
✔️ Low-income residents of Perth Amboy or Woodbridge
✔️ Currently experiencing housing instability
