We’ve had a lot going on behind the scenes in 2025:

▪️Exterior work (landscaping, roofing, flashing, and the long awaited graffiti wall repairs)

▪️Interior updates (back of building for better hosting community gatherings, including the start of our kitchen)

▪️Full commercial kitchen purchased.

▪️Youth service days with scholarship money.

▪️Storage space given to serveral local organizations.

▪️Host site for weekly gatherings (including the aforementioned “Hangout”)

▪️Venue space for multiple events for friends and family (great test runs for opening up more to the community)

▪️Community Garden (third year)

While we still aren’t where we hope to be in reaching our community, we are well acquainted with humble beginnings and are excited at the ways we have grown this year in both reaching our community and in the clearer vision and partnerships needed for next steps.

Thank you to everyone that has given time, talent, and resources to helping us get where we are today. This is all for the community but we can’t do it without the community coming together. And a special thanks to whoever has been doing snow removal for us - it’s truly been such an unexpected blessing. ☺️

We look forward to seeing what 2026 has in store!

Hey, everyone. We’ve been silent on social media this past year but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been active! One thing that we let grow just by word of mouth is called “Hangout”. And it has been great connecting regularly with those of you that have come to hangout with us over the past few months!

Sadly, because we still don’t have conventional heat at The Warehouse, TODAY WILL BE OUR LAST TIME MEETING ON FRIDAYS UNTIL SPRING, except for a planned sledding hangout day that we will post about when the time is right. So stay tuned for that and feel free to pop by today for a nice hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate, warm up by the fire, and just hangout. We’ll be there today from 2:30-4pm. ☕️

A lot has happened this year at The Warehouse and we look forward to a year in review post to share more with you soon. Thanks for joining us on this journey.

What a gift to be part of such a great community!

Thank you to everyone who came out and blessed us with the labor of your hands and hearts; the weeding, the conversations, the teaching and learning that took place, the food and drinks that were shared and the memories that were made. It's clear that we are better together! 😊

Also, shout-out to Alex from Lighthouse Grounds for installing our gutter system to fill the water reservoir. It works great! We recommend contacting him if you have any gutter or gutter guard needs (business card in the pictures).

Please reach out if you have questions about our community garden or would like to join our gardeners in bringing some delicious produce to our community this year - we still have about half of our beds available.

🌱 The Warehouse Community Garden will be opening again soon 🌱

Saturday, May 18th 10am - noon . . .

Join us if:
- You are interested in having a plot this year.
- You'd like to help prepare the beds for gardening.
- You'd like to meet other gardeners.

The back door by the garden will be open for refreshments and hanging out, so come rain or shine!
