Windber Public Library Windber Public Library serves Windber Borough and surrounding communities. The library is only able to accept cash or checks. Thank you, Mgmt.

Your local public library has an abundance of services to provide for you, such as Storytime,and access to information through various mediums and available in various forms. We started in 1916 and in 1967 we relocated to the town's train station. It was a small space so years later in 2000 we were moved to the current location, an old school, in your neighborhood.

What in life is free anymore? I am sure you can count on one hand and that probably includes the air we breathe. That is not many! Also come today for another free installment of Genealogy Class from 3pm to 4pm. Genealogy Class is almost always the first Wednesday of the month. It is that easy to put on the calendar.
