ATTENTION!!! IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

TGIF fellow Polish Falcons. Due to PA legislation we are at risk of losing our PA Skill machines & the same goes for every other social club. We have approximately 40 days to get a bill passed so we can keep them. As you know, social clubs are non-profit which means we have to give away a big percentage of what money we bring in. We're very proud of what we're able to do for our wonderful community each year with our donations as I'm sure every other social club is as well. These machines help fund the social clubs' donations.

We encourage everyone to call both numbers every day so we are able to keep these machines. Every single call will help make a difference.

Below is a memo that we received:

"It has been confirmed that local legislators are NOT receiving enough calls, email, and messages from businesses. We need your help.

Please call your PA State Representative and Senator and tell them you want action to keep skill games legal and operating.

You can call EVERY DAY, and we strongly encourage you to call as often as possible. Be respectful, but persistent. One call helps—repeated calls make an even bigger impact.

Please also encourage your employees and customers to call.

The time to act is NOW. We need Harrisburg to hear from us before October 13.

We have 40 days and 40 nights, make them count!"

Happy "Hump Day" fellow Polish Falcons. After throwing out a feeler post over the weekend, it looks like we have plenty of interest for starting a Co-Ed Softball team next year. We may even have enough people for 2 teams!! Thank you to everyone who commented or reached out.

With that being said, to play for the Falcons you must be a paid-up member for the current year. If you expressed interest and currently are not a member, we encourage you to join. If you join anytime from Oct through December of this year, you will be set for all of 2027. Just come on down the Club with a member and ask the bartender for an application.

Happy Sunday, fellow Polish Falcons. There's talk within Windber that next spring/summer that they are trying to put together a Co-Ed softball league. We would love to sponsor a team so we're asking if anyone would be interested. Thinking around 15 people because as you know the older we get the injuries come a lot easier. Please let us know if you're interested and know that if you say you're interested it doesn't mean you're 100% committed. Just comment here if you are and soon we'll have a sign up sheet at the Club.

Happy Sunny "Saturday" fellow Polish Falcons. Yep, you guessed it, your favorite DJs DJ Sideshow—Steve and Melissa are back tonight with music bingo and spinning your favorite tunes. Happy Saturday fellow Polish Falcons! We're gonna do something new and fun this year for the upcoming NFL season. Let us welcome you to our FREE NFL Pick'em challenge. Here's how it works.....download the free Sleeper app. Then, click the link below to join the group. After that, all you have to do is pick the winners for every game each week for the whole season. There's no point spread, just pick who you think will win each game each week. Prizes are still in the works, but as soon as we get them set we'll let ya know. The only requirement is that you have to be a current active member. That means that you have to have your dues paid for 2026. The season starts in early Sept so anyone who applies to join now will not be eligible to play as the next meeting isn't until after the season would be 3 weeks in for you to be approved.
