The Dental Foundation of Oregon is honored to be in the 2026 Willamette Week Give!Guide!
The online portal is now open and the gifts are coming in, thank you!

Last year, generous donors raised more than $10,000 for our Foundation through the Give!Guide, helping kids across Oregon access free dental care and education on the Tooth Taxi, and our goal this year is $11,000!

We are happy for any way that folks want to make donations this end-of-year season. With Give!Guide, your $50 donation not only helps a child get a screening, sealant, and cleaning to set them up for a lifetime of health success and confidence in smiling, but you also have a chance to win big prizes.

Take a look at the flier below to see the "Big Give" days when your $10+ gift offers a chance to win a themed prize. We are under the Health category in Give!Guide under the T's for "The"; just use the QR code on the flier to get there. And keep checking our social media for further incentives over the next few months to maximize your giving impact. 😀

Walks build endurance. Floss builds character!

Registration closes at 9 a.m. on Sunday for the inaugural Floss & Run. You can run, walk, and there's a 1K for kids 11 and under.

The Tooth Taxi was in Pioneer Courthouse Square yesterday helping folks in the community, as part of the OHSU Equity Fair. Led by dental students, about a dozen low-income Portlanders were able to access free restorative care during the event. "We are happy to be here!" said co-leader Hudson.

"I am very impressed with the Tooth Taxi," said Dr. Greene, faculty advisor. "The students like to help in the community so I'm glad the Foundation participates in this event and has the Tooth Taxi."
