The Wilson County Partnership for Children is looking for a compassionate and motivated Family Navigator Coordinator to join our team!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 What You Will Do:
• Support families participating in child care subsidy programs
• Connect families with community resources and services
• Provide parent education and family support
• Help families identify strengths, goals, and solutions
• Build meaningful relationships with families and community partners

💰 Salary: $41,000–$45,000 annually

🕘 Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

🎓 Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED in social work, human services, early childhood education, family studies, psychology, education, or a related field.

The Smart Start Network is deeply saddened by the passing of Dolly Parton. Her belief that every child deserves access to books and the opportunity to develop a love of reading transformed the lives of countless children and families.

Through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, the Smart Start Network is honored to help bring free books and the joy of reading to children across North Carolina—helping families build connections, spark curiosity, and nurture a lifelong love of learning.

We will continue carrying forward her vision and remain committed to helping children build strong foundations for lifelong success. Her legacy will live on every time a child opens a book and discovers the joy of reading.

📢 We're Hiring! Join Our Team at Wilson County Partnership for Children!

The Wilson County Partnership for Children (WCPFC) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant.

This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating the administrative operations of the Partnership and ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Executive Director, Finance Manager, and Program Coordinators to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support.

Minimum Qualifications:
✔️ Associate degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
✔️ Experience in accounting preferred
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software applications
✔️ Knowledge of administrative systems and office management practices
✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
✔️ Valid North Carolina driver's license
