🍷Opened by owners Riccardo and Amber Rinaldi, Ricky's is inspired by the Italian tradition of aperitivo, where food, wine, and cocktails are crafted and presented with equal passion and expertise. Designed as a place to gather, dine, celebrate, and connect, Ricky’s offers an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to slow down and savor the moment.

🏛️ At just 27 years old, Randy has already dedicated himself to public service and community connection across Greater Williamsburg. Balancing senior staff responsibilities in the Virginia House of Delegates with his role as Vice Chair of the Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools School Board, Randy’s leadership style is all about being accessible, collaborative, and making local government feel approachable to the next generation.

🎓 In addition to his work on our local school board, Randy served as Vice Chair of the WHRO HRETA Executive Advisory Committee this past year and is stepping into the role of Chair for the upcoming term—partnering with leaders across Hampton Roads to expand career and technical education for students.

🙌 Working across state government, local education, and grassroots community groups allows Randy to connect people and ideas that normally wouldn't cross paths, turning difficult civic conversations into real community action. His dedication to our community ranges from mentoring local students and coaching tennis to volunteering behind the scenes at major local events like CultureFix VA and the Williamsburg Craft Beer Festival .
