🙌Lauren spoke on the importance of managing “life-work” balance as a young professional. She shared practical tools and tips to help attendees manage stress, prevent burnout, and support both their mental and physical well-being.

The Part-Time MBA offers an evening format with nine specializations across finance, marketing, accounting, and business analytics, along with integrated coursework in AI and digital strategy that reflects today’s evolving business landscape.

Most students complete the program in about 2 years, and many earn promotions or step into new roles before graduation.

Classes are held in Miller Hall on William & Mary's Williamsburg campus.

A 10% scholarship and special admissions consideration is guaranteed for all Williamsburg Chamber and Aspire Members.

🙌 It was an incredible day filled with inspiring speakers, meaningful conversations, and valuable networking opportunities. We’d like to thank all of the young professionals who attended. We hope you left feeling empowered, informed, and inspired.

🤝 ASPIRE and the GWCC extend a special thank you to our keynote speaker, Christy Coleman, Executive Director of the Jamestown Settlement & American Revolution Museum at Yorktown . ✨ Mark Amendolara is a Part-Time MBA candidate at William & Mary and a U.S. Coast Guard naval aviator with over 2,500 flight hours on MH-65 helicopters and CN-235 aircraft. He brings extensive experience leading teams under pressure, solving complex operational challenges, and mentoring others toward their professional growth.

✨ Bianca Dorsey, a Maryland native, graduated from Spelman College with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics and is currently pursuing her MBA at William & Mary. ✨ Tracey Frey is a Full-Time MBA candidate at William & Mary with a focus on business analytics and strategic leadership. 💚 The ASPIRE Young Professionals are excited to announce a new breakout session speaker for this year’s Symposium, presented by William & Mary School of Business —Dr. Arturo Castellanos!

👉 Dr. Castellanos is an Assistant Professor of Operations and Information Systems Management at the Mason School of Business. His research focuses on business analytics, fintech, blockchain, systems analysis, and conceptual modeling, with publications in leading journals such as MIS Quarterly and Decision Support Systems. He will be leading the breakout session, “AI in the Workplace.”

🎓 He has taught courses in business analytics, data mining, big data, and prescriptive analytics. Dr. Castellanos holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Business Analytics from FIU, as well as degrees in telecommunications and engineering from the University of Navarra in Spain.
