🌟 October Employee of the Month: Donna Alberts! 🌟
There’s something pretty special about being recognized by the people you serve every day—and our residents had plenty of wonderful things to say about this month’s Employee of the Month, Donna Alberts! ❤️
Our residents shared that Donna is always working hard to serve delicious meals and make sure everyone’s needs are met. And, of course, we can’t forget one very important review… some residents would even say Donna makes the BEST breakfast sandwiches! 🥪😋
But beyond the delicious food, residents recognize Donna for something even more meaningful. They describe her as efficient, hardworking, dedicated, and exceptional at meeting each resident’s individual needs. She has a way of making sure people feel cared for, listened to, and served with kindness.
One resident said Donna is the perfect fit for Employee of the Month, because her hard work and dedication to Highland Ridge simply should not go unnoticed.
Donna, thank you for the countless little things you do each day, the meals you prepare, the needs you meet, and the care you put into your work. Your dedication makes a difference—and our residents notice it. ❤️
