Toby is still fighting. His anemia is getting better. Thankfully nothing is broken. We believe he has an infection somewhere causing an arthritis flare up. Yesterday he was unable to walk and extremely sore on exam. His joints were swollen and he didn’t want to eat. His parvo test came back negative.
We have since started him on pain meds and an antibiotic to fight any infection.

Toby still needs your help. Anything helps.

Woke up to Stella having a severe reaction. She’s being rushed to the vet now. She’s completely covered in hives. Her face and her extremities are starting to swell. We have no idea what’s caused this or what we’re looking at cost went wise. We really need help with funds.

Toby and Hyde are doing good after their first night in rescue. Getting use to their new surroundings. Thank you to Hyde’s foster for opening your home to him while we get him fully vetted and find him a home.

Toby’s road to recovery is just beginning. I knew I’d see worms but I was expecting to see adult size worms in his little body. Poor little dude is quite the fighter all 3lbs of bone him.

We still need help with raising funds. When we’re not taking care of our own rescue pups, we’re helping the community out how we can. That has recently drained our bank accounts. Loki also has heartworm treatment coming up and that’s expensive on a big boy. Anything helps

Toby has a long road of recovery ahead of him. He’s so malnourished and the parasites were eating what little nutrients he was getting that all of his muscle wasted away. No puppies body should ever look like this. Now we help him to completely rebuild his body better and stronger than ever.

As if my house wasn’t full enough I add two more little lives to it. Meet Hyde and Toby. Hyde is a little kitty that had nowhere to go and we couldn’t say no. Toby was left outside of shelter in GA completely emaciated, full of worms, and anemic gums completely white. He’s slowly getting better. With love and care these two will be better in no time and ready for a furever home.

Stella is looking for her furever home. She’s around 8 months old. She’s very sweet and playful. Loves to curl up next to you and sleep. Since Stella has come into our rescue she has been a fantastic dog with no issues. She tells you when she needs to potty. We are crate training her and we’ve started her lepto vaccine series. Stella is fantastic with kids and other dogs, decent with cats she sometimes will chase them to play with them.

Hopper said I love my rescue family but I’d really love a family of my own. I’m a very sweet Velcro dog. I love toys and bones. I love to cuddle. I love food and will sing you the song of my people while you prepare my bowl. Don’t worry about the scar on my head. That’s just my battle scar proving I won when someone tried to kill me. I beat heartworms and I’m fully vetted.
Yes I’m dog friendly I can be rude because I love friends and don’t understand boundaries. I also don’t mind cats they are also friends at least I think so. I don’t know how to take a picture without laying down.
