Come one, come all to the Whitehall Historical Preservation Society Fall flea market. Tell your family, friends, and neighbors. With prices at an all-time high, finding a bargain these days to most of us is essential. If making a deal, instead of finding one is your objective, spaces are still available. Cost for a reserved 12’ x 20’ space is only $15, $20 on the day of the event. Become a WHPS member and a reserved space is only $10.

Tonight at 7! The alterations to the Lehigh Valley landscape started in the 19th century when farmland was transformed into an industrialized region later becoming the backbone of the American Industrial Revolution. Learn how this historical imprint continues to shape our terrain.

            Martha Capwell Fox, archivist and historian for the D&L National Heritage Corridor and author of several historical related books, will discuss the many factors of how this area of Eastern Pennsylvania was responsible for the growth of America as we know it today, focusing on the contributions Whitehall Township has rendered. Location for this event is at the Helfrich Springs Grist Mill, 501 Mickley Rd. Whitehall, PA 18052.

Come visit the Mill this Saturday to see reenactors from the 153rd Regiment PA Volunteer Infantry's historic Civil War encampment. This Northampton County regiment fought in Chancellorsville and Gettysburg, and the reenactors will be at our Grist Mill to answer questions and demonstrate what life was like at a Civil War camp. Our Peter Grim home and Mill museum will be open as well, so stop by. 10am-4pm, Saturday, July 26, 2025
