The Good Shepherd FFS - Mark & Jacob Foundation The Good Shepherd is a Foster Care Agency in association with The Mark and Jacob Iskander Foundation. We know his prayers continue for them in heaven.

The goal of the organization is to provide support for underprivileged children from all backgrounds. Mark and Jacob passed away in 2020 in a tragic accident, today they are changing the world by the power of love and kindness

Jacob, age 8, never shied away from adventure and excitement! Jacob loved running track because it allowed him to showcase his speed, his strength, and his sportsmanship. Jacob was a great friend to all who were blessed enough to call him a pal. He was devoted to both learning and memorizing the word of God, and he spread it to everyone he met through his actions and infectious smile.

We are seeking a caring, all-female or women-led family that can provide a stable, nurturing home for a 15-year-old girl who has been through immense hardship.
Her story:
She was sexually abused by her father and is not comfortable around men. She needs a safe space where she can heal, feel protected, and rebuild her trust. She was recently caught drinking as a way of coping with her trauma and needs consistent love, guidance, and structure.
She dreams of becoming an attorney one day and has the determination to make it happen with the right support.
What she needs:
• A normal, loving family environment
• Patience, understanding, and emotional support
• A home free of men or with very limited male contact
• Stability, rules, and encouragement to pursue her education and goals
