We are heartbroken to share the passing of Peggy Simon. Peggy was such a beautiful soul who had a passion for helping all animals in need. Over the past five years, she served as our executive director and volunteered for many years more than that. Peggy completely dedicated her life to saving the most vulnerable animals in our community. Because of her unwavering compassion, hundreds of cats and kittens have been able to be rescued and find loving homes. Peggy touched the lives of everyone at our Valley Cats Inc. family and she will be incredibly missed.

In her honor, we are launching the Peggy Simon Memorial Rescue Campaign. Donations will directly support our nonprofit and help us so that we are able to continue Peggy’s work and life passion. We will ensure that her mission continues and honor her legacy through the work that we do to help cats and kittens in need.
