Many chronic health issues don’t just begin in the body — they can start much deeper. ✨

According to chakra healing, the lower 3 chakras are deeply connected to our physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.

🔴 Root Chakra → stability, security, survival
🟠 Sacral Chakra → hormones, emotions, fertility
🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra → metabolism, digestion, personal power

When these energy centers are blocked or imbalanced, the body may begin to show signs through chronic stress, hormonal imbalance, emotional struggles, digestive issues, and lifestyle-related diseases.

Healing begins when we stop only treating symptoms and start understanding the root cause. 🌿
