Today our PAT students started with a 4 mile run alongside our instructors, then hit the next challenge with YEAR OF DISCERNMENT 👁️ and his team. Battle ropes, ladders, and a full lineup of exercises pushed our students physically and kept the motivation high from start to finish.

The training didn’t stop there. In the classroom, students attended “Drug School,” learning about common street level narcotics, followed by a class on Ethics.

Every day we push our students both physically and mentally to prepare them for the rigors and standards of municipal police academies.

Huge thanks to YEAR OF DISCERNMENT 👁️ and his team for bringing the energy, and for his continued partnership and support of our programs. #1%better

This week’s Pre-Academy Training day was a big one. 💪🚔. Our students completed the second phase of Cooper standards testing and showed real, measurable progress. Every rep, every run, every day of showing up is paying off.

They also got hands-on exposure to defensive tactics and sat through classroom instruction, because success in the academy takes both strength and knowledge.

That combination is what sets our program apart. We prepare future officers to perform physically and academically from day one.

Progress. Discipline. Preparation. 🔥

This past week, we had the honor of proudly walking and representing our organization alongside Mamleo Boston in the Puerto Rican Day Parade! 🇵🇷

A huge thank you to the members and volunteers from both organizations who showed up and represented so well. And to our incredible supporters — thank you for marching with us, cheering us on, and showing your love all along the route. This community is what it’s all about.

Grateful to Puerto Rican Festival of MA for bringing us together again for the annual Goya food drive. This is what community impact looks like — neighbors, organizations, and volunteers showing up together for a shared purpose. A huge thank you to our members and to Boston Fire Training Academy - Moon Island for standing alongside us. When we partner like this, we don’t just give back — we show our communities that we’re truly in this together. That’s what it means to Be The Change
