It's almost BINGO time!! Why not enjoy some Bingo, pizza, and fun this Saturday? If you haven't already signed up to go to Advent's BINGO FOR A CAUSE on Saturday you can get your tickets at www.adventwc.net and click 'donate now' or get your tickets at the door starting at 5:30. It promises to be a fun evening (and it will benefit the West Chester Food Cupboard too!).

We celebrate today the emancipation of enslaved people in the United States. It took two and a half years for the Emancipation Proclamation order to reach Texas, where the announcement was read by Union soldiers on June 19, 1865.

See Robert and Renee getting started and then see the group of volunteers all set up with lots of good food ready to welcome local families. No child should go hungry in the summer. Open every Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm through August 27 at 431 S. Bolmar Street.
