We are so happy to partner with BookSmiles and are grateful for all the books they give us for our two book corners. A big thank you too to our Cupboard librarians for organizing our books and making sure the shelves look attractive and are well stocked.

A BIG shout out to Fiorenza's Food For Friends for another great Chili Cook Off. So glad the we could help out. We're happy we have our warehouse so we could help store items for the Cook Off. Congratulations to this year's winners. Our friends Chapman Windows Doors & Siding won in the Business Category! 👏

What are they called? Subscribers...recurring givers...monthly donors...regular pledgers??
We are referring to those generous and thoughtful people who make a regular monthly financial donation to the Cupboard.
We call them GEMS, because they are special and precious and we value them. (They are also Give Every Month Supporters, but of course we always refer to them as "our GEMS.")
It's easy to become part of this esteemed group by donating online at https://westchesterfoodcupboard.org/donate/ and choosing to pay by credit card or bank transfer. Whatever amount you can donate will make a difference. Since we have no paid staff 98.8% of our expenses are related to our programs and only 1.2% is spent on administration and fundraising.

The WCFC was honored with a generous check raised from the golf outing organized by Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital and the Jody Cialini Employee Golf Outing, celebrated every year in memory of the late Jody Cialini. Thank you to the administration at Chester County Hospital and the golf outing committee. Committee member Ryan Scott is pictured here with Maggie McIntosh, President of the West Chester Food Cupboard's Board of Directors and Senior Director of Operations at the hospital.

We love being part of the community and recently we were very happy to join with others at the Chester County Intermediate Unit's Community Resources Outreach event in and at Senator Carolyn Comitta's Senior Expo at West Chester University of PA. It is wonderful to network with other organizations and learn how we can work together to support our communities.
