After a $92 million transformation, Saddlebrook Resort is looking better than ever, and one of its newest additions is GOAT Kitchen & Bar. 🐐

GOAT is open to the public, and valet parking is complimentary. 🙌🏻

🎾🏆 Known worldwide for its legendary tennis academy and championship golf courses, Saddlebrook has welcomed some of the biggest names in tennis over the years, including Andy Roddick and Jennifer Capriati. ⛳️ Golf legend Arnold Palmer also helped shape Saddlebrook's golf legacy through his involvement in the resort's courses.

Today, GOAT blends that history with a modern sports bar atmosphere featuring beautiful natural light, memorabilia celebrating Saddlebrook's past, plenty of TVs, and comfortable spaces to gather with friends and family.

The Hall of Fame Short Rib Nachos and the Wagyu Smash Burger absolutely stole the show for me. The burger was the best smash burger I've *ever* had, and the cocktails were fantastic. GOAT has all the sports bar favorites you'd expect, along with elevated dishes including Florida grouper and filet tips.

The café got a beautiful update earlier this year with refreshed seating, updated interiors, and a gelato counter that makes the space feel even sweeter. 🍨

The sea salt caramel gelato is my favorite!🌊🤎

✨ It’s such a cute spot to grab coffee, catch up with friends, get some work done, or just hang out for a bit.

Plus, they still have their private conference room available for meetings or study sessions! 📝

Did you know this Tampa Bay-based scratch kitchen has been serving Wesley Chapel for nearly 20 years? 🔥

first opened in 2004 in Tampa Bay and has been a Wesley Chapel staple since 2008, known for its scratch-made menu, craft cocktails, and wood-fired flavors.

We visit again last week, and the standout for me was EASILY the ahi tuna. 🤤 It was *the best* ahi tuna dish I’ve ever had and I cannot stop thinking about it.

The jalapeño mac & cheese was also REALLY great as always. Such a good side dish and something that would pair perfectly with so many of the entrées on the menu.

His personal favorite overall? The Filet Tip Egg Rolls and the Cajun pasta, which is always his go-to.

✨ And if you didn’t know… their “Mondays @ The Smith” special is actually a really good deal. 🙌🏻 Every Monday, guests can enjoy a 3-course dinner starting at $23 with a soup or salad, entrée, and dessert included.

New skincare studio now open in Land O’ Lakes! ✨🤍

celebrated its grand opening this weekend, bringing a fresh, elevated approach to skincare to the area.

🤎 Founded by Mayah, a Latina aesthetician and Tampa native of Puerto Rican and Colombian descent, the studio specializes in acne-focused and corrective skincare treatments in a soft, welcoming setting designed to help clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Before launching her own business, Mayah worked in dermatology as a medical assistant before becoming a licensed medical aesthetician, certified laser technician, licensed laser safety officer, and Face Reality Acne Specialist.

Balanced Aesthetics takes a skin-focused, results-driven approach while also emphasizing genuine client care, education, and trust, creating treatments that feel personalized rather than one-size-fits-all.

✨ The grand opening itself was absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail throughout the space, from the soft neutral tones to the welcoming atmosphere, and you could truly feel the love and support from everyone in attendance.

I’m fortunate to work with Mayah’s mother, Sandra, which made it especially meaningful to witness firsthand just how proud she is of her daughter and the hard work and dedication that led up to this moment.🫶🏻

Guests enjoyed light bites, raffles, a champagne toast, drinks from ☕️, and a first look at the new studio while celebrating this exciting new chapter.

👜 Portland Leather celebrated the GRAND OPENING of its FIRST Florida store in Wesley Chapel this weekend! 🐊🌴

Located at , the highly anticipated opening brought out huge crowds for giveaways, raffles, and Portland Leather’s signature full-grain leather bags and accessories.👛

Known for its handcrafted leather goods and timeless, minimalist designs, has built a loyal following for its durable everyday bags, wallets, and accessories made from full-grain leather.

One of the cutest details was the Florida-exclusive alligator bag charms. 🐊 They had three different versions, and watching everyone decide which one coordinated best with their bag made the opening feel even more fun and personalized for Florida.

The energy throughout the store was incredible, and it was especially sweet seeing so many mother-daughter duos shopping together, helping each other pick out bags, wallets, and charms. 🥺

And I'm now the proud owner of a Portland Leather handbag too. 🫶🏻👜

✨ A new look for Cali Tampa Palms!🌴

After a half-million-dollar refresh, Tampa Palms is officially back open with a beautifully elevated new look while keeping the same fresh, feel-good food so many locals have loved for years.

Serving the New Tampa community for over a decade, has become a go-to for USF students, young professionals, and families looking for food that is both clean and delicious.

At the ribbon cutting, hosted by the Cali President, David Cudnik, described the refreshed concept as “premium casual,” explaining that guests can expect the same fun Cali experience and quality food, just “a little bit more refined.”

“We have created a space that is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Same good vibes and amazing food with an elevated atmosphere. Come hang with us!” - Joanna Paley, Assistant Manager

And they nailed it. 🫶🏻 The refreshed space feels brighter, more modern, and elevated without losing the relaxed Cali vibe people already know and love.
