Cesar Cuevas, Washington State University Class of 2020 and proud WAEF alumni, graduated with a degree in Integrated Plant Sciences. He has continued his journey in the tree fruit industry and now works with CPC International Apple Company. He shared that WAEF was more than a scholarship, as it opened the door to valuable experiences in the working world.

Stephanie Olivera is a 2021 WAEF alumni and WSU alumni who is continuing her journey in the tree fruit industry through her work at AgWest Farm Credit. With strong roots in the industry and siblings who are also WAEF alumni, her connection to WAEF runs deep. Stephanie has shared that WAEF provided more than a scholarship to her, and today she gives back by volunteering and serving on the WAEF scholarship review committee, helping support future students.
