Weirton Baseball Association

Weirton Baseball Association Youth baseball and softball organization WBA is a member of the Ohio Valley Youth Baseball League.

Established on June 6, 1958, Weirton Baseball Association provides youth baseball and softball instruction and competition for the surrounding area in accordance with the rules and regulations of PONY Baseball, Inc. Per the Constitution and Bylaws, the objective of the WBA league is to instill in local youth the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so

they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.

We appreciate the generous donation of first supplies from WVU Medicine Weirton Medical Center for our WBA complex! ❤️💙

Keeping young athletes safe is a team effort, and when the Weirton Baseball Association needed first aid supplies, we were proud to step up as your community hospital.

WVU Medicine Weirton Medical Center CEO and President David Artman joined our Bob Kolanko and Britni Weaver, whose hard work helped make this project such a success.

The best part of the day? Sharing smiles, laughs, and a great time with these amazing kids. ⚾❤️

🥎 Weirton 8u girls softball faced off with a battle this evening. Weirton 8u Blue/Smith came up with the win over Weirton 8u Black/Thompson 4-2. Weirton Blue improves to 3-0 and Weirton Black falls to 2-1 on the season. Keep up the great work, girls! 💪
