ALL IN for Inclusive Education New Jersey nonprofit organization dedicated to creating bright futures for students with disabilities Inclusion Works!

The New Jersey Coalition for Inclusive Education (NJCIE) is a federally designated 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization serving the parents and educators in the state of New Jersey. Established in 1989 by professionals and parents, the organization supports schools in creating inclusive classroom environments for children with learning disabilities. As the only organization in New Jersey solely focused on inclusion and the research-based practices that support it, we are uniquely qualified to provide trainings and consultation services to districts in the state. Our approach to working with districts is collaborative and proactive. We listen, evaluate, and take action to make your schools more inclusive. NJCIE works to ensure children with disabilities and learning differences are welcomed as classmates, valued as learners, and empowered to succeed.

NJIP Academies are officially IN SESSION! Join us for a year-long series of webinars designed to support inclusive education across New Jersey schools. Each academy includes 5 high-impact sessions focused on practical strategies, collaboration, and mindset shifts that lead to sustainable change.

⭐️The next sessions will be held NEXT WEEK on October 20 and October 22!

All academies are free to join and will be delivered via Zoom Webinar. There are 5 sessions in each Academy. Attendance is not required at each session in an Academy- attendees may join as many or as few as they’d like.

Mark your calendars! Join us on March 2-3, 2027 for the 2027 ALL IN Inclusion Leadership Conference!

We’re so excited to announce that our conference is taking on a new format with some exciting changes for the upcoming year! We're transitioning from two 1-day conferences to a single 2-day conference! We’re bringing you two days of interactive workshops designed to give you the tools and knowledge to foster inclusive education in your community.

These workshops will be led by nationally recognized inclusive education experts, leaders, and advocates who have extensive experience in the field and are eager to share tons of information, resources, support, and experience across a wide variety of disciplines all with one common goal: making education inclusive for ALL. Decoding Is Just the Beginning: Building Language, Knowledge, and Comprehension for Striving Readers

December 15, 2026 at 12:00 pm EST

Students may accurately decode the words on a page and still struggle to understand what they read. In this interactive webinar, participants will explore how decoding and fluency work alongside vocabulary, morphology, syntax, background knowledge, and comprehension to support skilled reading. Participants will examine the needs of striving readers, analyze an age-respectful text through multiple instructional lenses, and apply a practical planning framework for identifying student needs, text demands, and high-impact instructional opportunities. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies for strengthening foundational skills while intentionally building the language, knowledge, and comprehension students need to engage successfully with increasingly complex text.

We're excited to announce that the ALL IN Honors & Student Leadership Award nominations are OPEN!

Do you know any administrators, educators, or school staff who are going above and beyond to include students with disabilities? Have you seen any students with disabilities using their voices for advocacy? Recognize their commitment to inclusion by nominating them for ALL IN Honors or our inaugural Student Leadership Award!

ALL IN Honors recognizes dedicated advocates who are helping move schools toward more inclusive practices. We ask that you consider those around you or on your staff and nominate those educators or educational teams that exemplify high-quality instruction for all students. Any public school educator or teams of up to three members are eligible (paraprofessionals can be considered part of that team). The ALL IN Student Leadership Award recognizes a middle or high school-aged student with a disability who demonstrates meaningful growth and success as a self-advocate and who is helping create a more inclusive school community.
