Whitetulip Health Foundation (WHF) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that connects healthcare professionals who want to give back to society. Its aim is to create a platform, where they can share ideas and experiences, provide mutual support and collaborate, channel their own personal passions and skills in community projects both locally and abroad. Objectives and Core Values

We remain true to our mission by pursuing the following goals:
1) To provide current and aspiring healthcare professionals with academic development opportunities.
2) To create a network of healthcare professionals who are committed to giving back to society.
3) To create health education projects for the communities we serve, particularly targeting those who are underserved.
4) To reach out to communities abroad, afflicted by conflicts, war, or disasters, through relief work and healthcare development projects.

That’s a wrap on Session 1 of our Clinical & Lab Pathology Immersion Program! 🔬

Last week, students spent 5 days inside a working diagnostic lab — and left with a completely new understanding of how modern medicine actually works behind the scenes.

Here’s what they did:

· Observed professionals across Molecular Diagnostics, Flow Cytometry, Histology & Cytogenetics at SiParadigm Diagnostic Laboratories
· Attended lectures in General Pathology, Histology & Genomics at Whitetulip HQ
· Got hands-on exposure to the tools shaping today’s diagnostic care
· Completed HIPAA Compliance & Lab Safety Training
· Earned a certificate at the closing ceremony 🎓

The energy, the curiosity, the questions — thank you to every student who showed up ready to learn!

High School Student Zone

Do you know a high school student who’s interested in pursuing a healthcare career? Whitetulip Health Foundation offers a perfect opportunity!

The High School Student Zone, for students in Grades 9-12, is designed to support high school students interested in pursuing careers in healthcare and medicine. It provides a supportive and structured network where students can learn from one another, receive mentorship from older students and healthcare professionals, and participate in meaningful service and educational opportunities.

High School Student Zone is built around three core goals:

Expose students to the wide range of healthcare fields.
Support their personal and academic development.
Provide access to mentorship, leadership opportunities, and real-world experience.
Students join a community of motivated peers, college students, medical students, and healthcare professionals. Whether they’re exploring early interests or preparing for college applications, HSSZ helps students gain confidence, clarity, and direction on their healthcare journey.

I’M READY Intern Preparation Course 
International Medical Graduates Residency Entry, Acculturation, Development, JourneY 
Online classes continue until June 7, 2026 
 
Whitetulip Health Foundation empowers international medical graduates (IMGs) transitioning into residency by providing structured guidance, peer support and a collaborative platform that fosters professional growth. We achieve this by strengthening connections, equipping them with the tools and knowledge that will bolster participants’ confidence needed for a successful medical career. 

Our instructors are doctors and residents who are affiliated with the United States’ most respected and prestigious universities and hospitals, including Harvard Medical School, Stanford School of Medicine, St. Louis University, UCSF School of Medicine, University of Pittsburg Medical Center, UT Southwest Medical Center, and Oklahoma Children’s Hospital. 

While this course is geared toward international medical graduates, anyone is welcome to enroll.

At Whitetulip Health Foundation, we are excited to share an incredible longitudinal online course for incoming IMG residents to support a smoother transition into residency.

The program, I’M READY (International Medical Graduates Residency Entry, Acculturation, and Development JourneY), is organized by our foundation to help incoming residents start with greater confidence and integrate more quickly into their programs. It is led by a dedicated faculty member at the University of Oklahoma who volunteers for Whitetulip, along with highly qualified faculty, fellows, and residents from diverse institutions.

Last year showed strong improvements in participant confidence following the course. This year, we are also offering certificates based on attendance (Gold, Silver, Bronze) to recognize the commitment of our future residents.

Program Details:

🏁Grand Opening: April 4th at 10:00 AM EST
📆Schedule: Weekend sessions, typically between 8:00 AM–12:00 PM EST (1–2 sessions per day).
👩‍⚕️Speakers: Highly qualified faculty, fellows, and residents.
📹Recordings: To accommodate different time zones, we offer two additional live replay sessions.
🔑Access: Recordings are not distributed to attendees
