After taking his first trip 10+ years ago with his church group, he was moved by the poverty of the people in Berlin, Usulutan, El Salvador. Jerry founded Friends From Iowa Foundation to engage in projects ranging from housing, medical help, education, and employment opportunities in Berlin, Usulutan. FFIF's biggest goal is to show these people that we love and care for them. We are not paid a sal

ary, so 100% of donations go towards the programs. We love to partner with individuals, groups, and companies who have a passion and desire to help the less fortunate in El Salvador; together, lets give them the necessary tools to better their lives.

There is currently a Dengue outbreak that is affecting the Berlin area. We are assisting with the control of the mosquito population with fumigation. We are in need of buying fumigation machines.
