Grateful for everyone who came together for today’s community health screening event! Thank you to Lutheran Services in Iowa, AmeriCorps, Polk County Health Department, and Iowa Department of Health and Human Services for hosting and helping connect our community with care.

To the MyHealthIowa - MiSaludIowa and medical students from Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences, thank you for giving your time and sharing your skills. We also appreciate L.U.N.A (Latinas Unidas Por Un Nuevo Amanecer), and the The Iowa Community HUB for their continued partnership and commitment to our communities.

Thank you to every community member who stopped by today. We value the opportunity to listen, answer questions, and connect you with resources. It is a privilege to do this work together!
