Waterville Community Land Trust The Waterville Community Land Trust (WCLT) supports strong, vital neighborhoods in the development an At least two-thirds of the Directors are from Waterville.

WCLT is a 501c3 nonprofit, run by an elected Board of Directors, elected by a vote of the organization's members. One third may be from other communities but be participants in Waterville's business, nonprofits, or government structure. One-third of the Directors are those who would qualify for low or moderate income housing.

Drywall covers the structural “bones” of the house and once on the walls, an area is contained and enclosed as a purposeful, definable space.

With the right tool, borrowed from generous friends, it’s possible for us to put up ceilings. The purple color of moisture-resistant drywall adds an alien atmosphere to the room.
