We cooked at Morels & Memories on Saturday. We helped raise over 24,000 for Alzheimer’s research😍 My kids and our great friend Shay stepped up big time and ran the grill. I was busy making my 1st ever vegan dish, Morels, rice and spinach! Thank you Gretchen Anderson for the some wonderful pictures

Another successful monthly meal with St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Watertown. 300 pork burgers gone😀. Shoutout to Herbie and Kathy Ernst for the donation of 35lbs of potatoes and Doug and Susan Hoese’s kids for the donation of all 124 eggs for all the poke cakes and potato salad!

Uncle Neddy’s went to St. John’s Lutheran School and Preschool in Corcoran Mn today to make sno-cones for the students and staff. I drive by the school on my Tuesday garbage route and honk the horn. The kids put signs in the classroom windows it was a very special day I felt like a celebrity!😁

Went to pigs eye homeless encampment today. Grilled up 60 lbs of chicken tenders and rice in one of the big pots. We handed out many supplies some donated by Christ Community Lutheran preschool. It’s always a pleasure the people there are so appreciative❤️

uncleneddys.org is going back to to St Paul to Pigs eye homeless encampment on February 28th and the kids at Christ Community Lutheran School in Watertown Mn. Are helping! Different groups at school (chapel families) are bringing different supplies to school for us to bring. Thank you to all the families for the support.
