Welcome back, Groups 1 & 2!

Our coaches are excited to see all of your smiling faces back in the pool this afternoon!

A big welcome to all of our new swimmers joining the team this week! We are so excited to have you as part of the Watertown Dolphins family. 🐬

New to competitive swimming?

Here are a few fun facts to help you get familiar with the pool:

🚩 The flags above the pool are called backstroke flags. They help swimmers know when they are approaching the wall while swimming backstroke.

🔄 Flip turns allow swimmers to quickly change direction at the wall without stopping.

🧢 Swim caps help reduce drag and keep hair out of the swimmer's face.

🏊‍♀️ There are four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
