Get ready for a spooktacular evening of good food, great music, and lots of dancing! 🕸️🧡 Whether you love dressing up or prefer to come as you are, we’d love to see you there!

📅 **Friday, October 23rd**
📍 **Second Street Station**

🍽️ **Supper at 5:30 PM — $20 per person**

She has demonstrated exceptional excellence and outstanding care, service, support, advocacy, and leadership resulting in better lives for the people supported within our organization.

Danessa consistently demonstrates exceptional compassion, professionalism, and dedication in her work, always going above and beyond to ensure the individuals she supports feel respected, valued, and cared for. Her attention to detail, knowledge of each home, and ability to adapt wherever she is needed make her a dependable and invaluable team member. She is flexible, willing to support both coworkers and the people she serves, and consistently provides high-quality care. Through her kindness, patience, and genuine concern for others, Danessa builds meaningful relationships and leaves a lasting positive impact on everyone she encounters. Our nominee today is Mandy Rieffenberger! Mandy was nominated by her peers again this year for her exceptional dedication and compassion in her role as a Direct Support Professional. She continues to go above and beyond to support people. She takes the time out of her busy schedule to help others, not because she has to, but because she genuinely cares about making a difference. This year alone she assisted in arranging and then accompanied a person she supports to take their dream trip to New York, and provided ongoing support in helping someone build daily living skills. Even when facing challenges she was patient, encouraging, and persistent and never gave up. Her unwavering support has made a meaningful impact on the lives of people she supports, making her truly deserving of being recognized again!

She is a valuable mentor who freely shares her knowledge and practical skills with coworkers, helping others succeed in their DSP roles.
