What a day! We cannot thank everyone enough for coming out and making today such a success!

We knew this year was going to be BIGGER with double the vendors and double the volunteers. BUT it was INCREDIBLE.

We need to thank the businesses and groups that weathered the wind and came out to meet the community. The community that came out and supported those businesses and groups and of course Bark For Life. All of our volunteers and everyone that helped during the last few months of planning and organizing. And all of the people that donated baskets, money, items, and every other little thing that came together to make today what it was.

We are waiting on final numbers but I can confirm we made more than double what we did last year and that's an amazing thing that we all accomplished together.

Our Clay Matthews would have loved today and I know he is so proud to have his legacy be a part of something that's so much bigger than he ever could have known.

It's Bark For Life Day!

We held off making a call about the weather and it looks like it played out in our favor!

It's going to be a little windy but thats okay.

Our volunteers will be hard at work this morning getting everything set up and we'll see everyone starting at 11!

Remember to bring cash for t-shirts, raffles, and lunch. The event Venmo will still be accepted, but it's up to the individual vendors if they accept card or just cash. There's an ATM at the banks surrounding the clinic, but not at the event itself.

The first 10 people who bring dog food to Sarah's Treasures Rescue today will get a free entry into our Blackstone raffle.

Raffle tickets will be sold until 1:45, or until they sell out. Whichever comes first.

Winners for the three prizes in the raffle and the separate 50/50 drawing will take place at 2pm, and you do not need to be present to win.

Don't forget to check out the silent auction! It closes at 2pm today!

Thank you, everyone, for the support we've received so far. We decided on a hefty goal that was more than double what we made last year, and we are only hundreds of dollars away from meeting it, and the event is still hours away. We could not have done this without you.

🌦️ Weather Update for Bark For Life 🌦️

We are closely monitoring the weather forecast for tomorrow’s Bark For Life event. Our goal is to make the best decision possible for the safety and comfort of our attendees, vendors, volunteers, and dogs.

We plan to make a final decision later this evening so that our vendors have as much notice as possible if changes need to be made. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we continue watching the forecast.

A new Dog Boarding and Daycare Facility is coming to town, and they will be at Bark for Life tomorrow!

We are super excited to hear more about their business and meet the team behind this great new opportunity for our furry babies!

I heard they will have some fun things at their table, so make sure you stop by and see them!

IT'S BARK FOR LIFE WEEK!!

Here are the businesses that helped make this possible! We cannot thank them enough for supporting our event and making it twice as big and twice as successful as last year!

Some of the businesses are unfortunately unable to make it this year, but sponsored or donated to the event and will be represented either at another table or in our free "doggy bags".

I heard that there are free drink coupons from Labbie's in the bags... 👀

There are a couple that we are still waiting for confirmation for sure if they are able to make it or not, so once we hear back, we will make another post updating this list!
