For more than half a century, Armenian language instruction has been part of the Watertown Public School system. Established in 1970 through the efforts of parents, educators, and community leaders, the program has helped generations of students connect with their language, culture, and heritage.
Community members are being urged to attend the upcoming Watertown School Committee meeting on Monday, June 22, where concerns have been raised regarding the future of the Armenian Language Program at Watertown High School.
