📢 Basic Needs Resources Update

The Basic Needs Resources Center will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, August 18, for staff training and development. 💛

Our team is taking this time to learn, connect, and strengthen our practices so we can continue providing Mt. SAC students with compassionate and effective support.

🗓️ We’ll reopen Wednesday, August 19 during our regular hours of operation.

We’re excited to introduce PantrySoft, our new pantry registration and appointment system!

✅ Schedule pantry appointments (starting later this summer)
✅ Faster check-in and improved service
Important Reminders:
🍎 The pantry is available to currently enrolled Mt. SAC students registered in at least one class during the current semester.
🤝 Need help registering? No problem! Our team will be available throughout the summer to assist students with creating their PantrySoft account and navigating the system.
📅 Students will be asked to register and verify eligibility each semester to continue accessing pantry services.

CORRECTION: An earlier version of our Summer Pantry Schedule flyer incorrectly stated that students must be enrolled in at least one credit class to access the pantry.
The Mountie Fresh Food Pantry is open to ALL Mt. SAC students, including both credit and noncredit students, who are enrolled in at least one class or course during the Summer Intersession.
We apologize for the confusion and have updated the flyer to reflect the correct eligibility requirements. Thank you for helping us ensure all students have access to the resources they need.
