🧠💚 Today is World Mental Health Day -- and yes, even heroes need a break.

As first responders, we're trained to handle emergencies. But that doesn't mean we're immune from to stress, anxiety, or burnout. It's okay to pause. It's okay to talk. It's okay to not be okay.

Whether you're on the front lines or cheering from the sidelines, your mental health matters. Today and everyday.
