Maybelline was ADOPTED!!! This little wild puppy was definitely born with it!!! Looks, pizazz, attitude and an outgoing personality ready to take on the world! She’s celebrating turning 8 weeks old in her new home tonight! Her new handsome senior brother, Hayze, is gonna show her the ropes and hopefully help teach her some manners too. She went from leaving her momma entirely too young and being bounced around to having a family that will love her forever thanks to her great foster momma for stepping in. Happy Tails!!!

Dog dander and hair creates non stop dust & hair balls moving all about in our shop and believe it or not volunteer “dusters” are hard to come by!! On Wednesday our own Miss Karen brought along 3 of her sweet & helpful grandkids (one was at home due to sunburn and was missed) who wanted to volunteer alongside their grandma!! Awww my 🩷 They did various jobs including dusting all of our display shelves which has lightened our endless workload and looks so much better!
We’re all about shenanigans and fun so Karen had me in tears laughing as I looked up from grooming a fiesty client to see her wearing a dinosaur mask and making dinosaurs sounds at me!! We also love feel good emotions so getting to meet Olyve (a puppy named after Karen’s late Olyve whom we all loved) was sweet and then followed up by a play yard date with Theo, Zane, Chloe & Ethel!! They were our “kid testers” with Chloe and did fantastic at calmly interacting with her while we observed. She LOVED them!

It is currently PROHIBITED to import dogs (and cats) from Texas & New Mexico into PA!!!

Hopefully those pulling from them can try to pull locally meantime as Pennsylvania is DROWNING in homeless pets!!!! 💔

Please join us in welcoming STAN into our rescue who joined us Tuesday evening as an owner surrender along with his poodle friend, Dorothy, who he unapologetically knocked up! She’ll be shared in the near future after her upcoming vet appointment. This is the baby daddy’s turn!! E'Ronda is a lovely independent Rescurer who reaches out often as we’re easily suckered 😉

Stan is a 1 year old male Cavapoo that is 19lbs of completely untrained sweetness!! We’re not certain but it appears he lived outdoors previously. He is SUPER dog friendly. Cats & kids are unknown but we doubt he’d have an issue.

He was NEUTERED already today as we don’t play the reproduction game around these parts!! Please don’t absent daddy shame Stan as he won’t be staying around to help Dorothy raise their possible future “golden girls litter”. Instead he’s gonna start thinking with his brain and move forward into his dream life!!
