We are hoping this event raises us the money to reinforce some ceilings and paint the rescue!!! An upgrade on the walls is definitely needed since they have not been done since opening haha

I’ll post more later once I get it set up!

We are in need of fosters BAD!!!! We were asked to help 3 senior cats… they are fixed but I will need to get their vaccines updated. Rescue environment is just NOT good for seniors!

Was also just reached out to for help on 5 husky/lab puppies that are 5m old….. please DM us if you are interested….

We have 18 cats, some who have only known rescue life.

Some arrived as tiny kittens and grew up here — never in a real home, never on a cozy couch, never falling asleep in the sun on someone's bed or in loving arms. 😿

Others are adults who came in shy, and after weeks, months, sometimes years in rescue surrounded by strangers, they're still shy. Not because that's who they are; because rescue isn't a home, no matter how much love we give. Some cats simply can't show their whole heart in their personal safe spaces. 😿

We believe — we know — that each of these 18 would truly blossom if given the chance to be cats in a real home. Curling up on a warm lap. Chasing a sunbeam across the floor. Falling asleep without one eye open.

That's why, for the right homes, we are waiving the adoption fee entirely for all 18 of these beautiful babies. 🎗️

All of them are:
✅ Spayed/neutered
✅ FIV/FeLV negative
✅ Up to date on all shots

An application still needs to be filled out and approved — we're not skipping that step that ensures it's the right match, only the one that connects a good home with a cat who's more than earned it.

Look at these faces. Really look. Somewhere in there might be the cat who was always meant to be yours — you might just get a gut feeling from their photo — you may need to come in and meet one in person — the one who simply needed someone patient enough to wait.

Can 2026 kitten season be over yet??? Better yet can HUMANS DO BETTER!!!!!

This week alone we have brought in 14+…. A litter of 4 4 week olds went straight to foster this afternoon (one so tiny we aren’t sure if it will make it) an extremely pregnant one pulled from and Indiana County humane case, 2 shelter transfers, a mom with her 5 4m olds

We have 53 in-house now and 19+ in foster….

Which brings our total to 72!!! Yes 72 lives are currently depending on us to supply their next meal, to supply vetting that is needed, to give them a sense of PEACE for once in their short yet traumatized lives, to make them understand that the world does have good humans who will love them regardless of how their life started…

In the almost 6 years we have been here I havnt never felt the strain mentally that this year has given me

We have so many amazing adult cats that’s started here as little kittens and yes they are on the shyer side but given the chance they turn into the most perfect house mate….

All of adult cats effective today adoption fees are WAIVED until adopted!!!! This does NOT include those in foster to adopts….
