This Memorial Day, we honor the courage and sacrifice of those who served others in life and in legacy. 🇺🇸

For Dawn, service means helping patients get back to the things that matter most in life. Thank you Dawn KT for sharing your story with us and helping march our mission forward.

At Angels for Change, we stand with patients in their most vulnerable moments, working to ensure access to medication is never what stands between them and care.

Today, we remember those we’ve lost and honor all who dedicate their lives to serving others.

Ending drug shortages demands collaboration and patient-centered action.

This week, Laura Bray, Founder and Chief Change Maker for Angels for Change participated as an Advisory Group member at the Duke-Margolis ReVAMP Drug Supply Chain Consortium in Washington, DC.

We proudly represent the patient voice within the ReVAMP Consortium. In this role, Angels for Change ensures patient perspectives remain at the center of all conversations focused on strengthening the drug supply chain and advancing solutions to drug shortages.

Thank you to Stephen Colvill, Thomas Roades, and Madison Cordle for convening and leading these important conversations.

🚨 Announcing: A major Project PROTECT milestone.

Angels for Change is proud to partner with Medivant Healthcare as 10% Calcium Chloride Injection is now protected with ready-to-activate domestic manufacturing capacity for the American public.

This critical medication, used in emergency medicine, cardiac resuscitation, and intensive care, is now supported by onshore manufacturing readiness, helping strengthen preparedness for future supply disruptions before they impact patients.

Together, we are building a stronger, more resilient U.S. drug supply chain and helping ensure patients have access to the medicines they need.

Sometimes, change can start with a simple conversation.

Recently, Angels for Change Founding Board Member Anne Block was asked by a contact, “What can I do to thank you?”
Her simple answer: “Support Angels for Change.”
That moment created a new Change Maker and inspired a $1,000 gift that will directly support patient access.

Thank you Anne DiNapoli Block for driving meaningful change and supporting our mission to end drug shortages.

Every conversation has the power to create great change. Join us in building a future where no patient goes without the medications they need.

Today marks a powerful step forward for Angels for Change: the launch of our Volunteer Patient Advocacy Board.

From day one, patients have been at the center of our mission, not just as beneficiaries of change, but as the driving force behind it.

This board brings together individuals with lived experience—patients and caregivers who understand firsthand the challenges of navigating drug shortages and gaps in care.

Because lasting solutions are built when patient voices lead the way.

Patients can’t wait—and neither do we.

We are actively monitoring the Carboplatin supply and staying in close communication with supply chain partners and the FDA to protect continuity of care across the country.

As our Chief Change Maker, Laura Bray, shares:
“At this time, we do not believe any changes to purchasing practices or patient care are necessary. We do have access to an emergency supply to support continuity of care. For urgent supply needs, our drug shortage hotline remains ready to help all US patients and providers.”

If you’re experiencing difficulty accessing Carboplatin, we’re here to help.

We did it—and then some!

Because of you, the 2026 Swim2End Shortages & 1K Fun Run officially raised over $22,000 to support patients facing life-threatening drug shortages.

Here’s what that means:
Every $1 supports 2 patients. That’s over 45,000 patients impacted—families who now have a path forward to the treatment they need.

Help us keep going, because no patient should ever have to wait for life-saving medication.
