On October 18th The Anchor Benevolent Society celebrated its 130th Anniversary. We began wirh a beautiful mass celebrated by Bishop Petjanak and Fra Diego who came from Croatia just for this celebration. They were joined by Father Saša. Following mass was a wonderful gala party at Terrace on the Park. It was great music, dancing and a night that portrayed our Croatian heritage at its best!

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that Ivan Toic passed away. He was an active member, attending our meetings and events, and always had a smile and kind word. He will be missed by all of us.

We send our sincerest condolences to his wife and all his family. May he rest in peace.

We had a fantastic first meeting of the year for the Anchor Benevolent Society! It was a great turnout, paired with good food and even better company.

As we enter our 130th year, we’re excited about what 2025 holds and look forward to making it a memorable year together!

This past Sunday, we held the Anchor Benevolent Society Christmas Party at Leonard's.
It was a truly wonderful event!
Great food, plenty of raffle prizes, excellent music by Marko and Elenora, and a surprise visit from Santa!
