“It’s disappointing to see Scotts Valley rush to open its preview casino in Vallejo just days before the Department of the Interior is expected to make its long-awaited decision on gaming eligibility,” said Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Chairman Anthony Roberts. Read more in the Vallejo Times-Herald:

As of Friday, the Tribe is operating a limited number of Class II gaming machines, having repurposed existing modular buildings on site to serve as the smaller preview casino.
