This pin is small, but the responsibility is not.

For me, leadership is not about standing above other women. It is about standing with them, listening closely, creating space, and helping more women business owners feel seen, supported, and connected.

As I continue serving through NAWBO Inland Empire, I am reminded that women entrepreneurs need more than motivation. We need access. We need advocacy. We need relationships. We need rooms where our voices are heard and our businesses are taken seriously.

I am still growing as a leader, and I do not take that lightly.

My heart is to help create a chapter culture where women can show up as themselves, build meaningful connections, share resources, and feel like they belong in the room before they ever have to prove they deserve to be there.

This pin is not just a symbol of position.

It is a reminder to serve well, lead with care, and keep opening doors for the women coming behind me, beside me, and with me.

Because when women in business win, we all win.

We’re incredibly excited and honored to share that NAWBO Inland Empire earned 1st Place in the Spring Membership Campaign and will be recognized at the NAWBO National Conference in Washington, D.C.!

Last night was one for the books ✨🍷🎶

Our crew from the NAWBO Inland Empire had an amazing night out at Stage Red for Vinyl Night, and it was everything community should feel like: connection, conversation, laughter, networking, and genuine support for one another.

One of the most exciting parts of this new season has been watching new members walk through the door feeling inspired, welcomed, and ready to grow. Since stepping into the role of President, alongside Valerie as our Vice President, we’ve already seen incredible momentum building within our chapter. From increased membership to renewed energy and engagement, something special is happening in the Inland Empire 💚🩷
