"What You Need to Know: Social Media and Screen Time".
You will learn the facts, the effects, and how you can fight back by hearing from experts from UCONN, the RSD13 Superintendent, and professionals from Newport Institute.

This event is for ALL AGES, and we welcome anyone interested in learning more and/or who has some questions.

Town of Middlefield First Selectman, Bob Yamartino, and DMYFS Executive Director, Claudia White, promote fi***rm safety by giving away free gun locks with a fi***rm safety and su***de prevention brochure. This is part of a larger su***de awareness and prevention campaign with the Town of Middlefield, the Town of Durham, local State troopers, and Bullseye, LLC. Fi****ms are used in over 50% of all su***des in the U.S. Safe storage reduces death by su***de, accidental use by children, and is an overall easy way to prevent tragedies before they start. Get a free lock by visiting the town hall or DMYFS.
