Hope N Wellness is the ONLY zero barrier service in the county.

We get referrals from EVERYWHERE. Whether its the gas station attendant down the road, city and county programs, someone's neighbor, a police officer or a stranger at the bus stop. People know we are here foikg good work!

We are known for our honesty, ability to make things happen and compassionate care! Serving each person as best as possible, regardless of ANY barrier they may be experiencing. Regardless of insurance, coverage or income, social status or challenge. THIS MATTERS!

Hope N Wellness Walk-In Wednesday!

Today was a great day with lots of quality connection and no issues at our Zero Barrier Center!

*99 People came through for services

*8 Partner services came through to support people

*4 Volunteers

*6 Material Donations

Today was our first day putting out hats and gloves. Its COLD at night out here!
Do we need cold weather gear? YES PLEASE! ;) Thank you everyone for all we get done together!

Today was a day of big victories, right alongside of heartbreaking challenges.

One individual decided to turn things around and calls were made, process completed and a successful pick up right from our door by CTC for a ride directly to detox! YAHOOO!!!

Our new friend Sally came by offering socks and we sent her off with 50 Naloxones to give to the people. ❤️

One individual went through a housing crisis and we all did our very best in going through the awfulness of it together. Supporting and sharing space - calls and attempts to problem solve TOGETHER. 🙏

Donations came in with lots of conversations had. Connections, case management, partnerships with other services and always so much more!

We are BETTER TOGETHER.
Together we face the challenges trials hardships and victories.
