Here are a couple of upcoming opportunities being offered at UCBA churches:

Tabernacle Baptist Church is hosting an event
on Sunday, October 18, at 5:30 p.m. with Dr. David Olshine from Columbia International University. He will share about raising children in a hostile world. The event is geared towards parents, teachers, youth leaders, caregivers, grandparents, and those who are concerned about the direction of our culture and what that means for raising up the next generation. A meal will be provided and those interested can contact TBC’s office to sign up.

New Life Baptist Church - Union, SC is getting ready to present their annual Judgment House presentation. Youth leaders and those wanting to attend can reserve a space by contacting the church office.

Help us minister to the traveling fair workers as they set up for the Union County Fair. Pastors and volunteers can help by passing out invitations beginning around 11:00 a.m. and then serve a home cooked meal to the workers from 12:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Please be in prayer for UCBA Disaster Relief and other teams as they prepare to serve and minister in Florida as part of the response to Hurricane Isaias.

In response to Hurricane Isaias: SCDR Chainsaw and Feeding volunteers are asked to contact their Unit Leader or Regional Coordinator to be scheduled for deployment. Feeding teams will work with Kentucky DR in Panama City, FL and Chainsaw units will serve in Pensacola, FL.
