SCEA 2026 Summer Convention Info:

2. Registration payment can be done 3 different ways:
* Check- you can mail a check. Mail checks to:

*Online (ACH check)
(a convenience fee of 3.45% will be added per transaction)
* Onsite- you can pay when you get there BUT you will not be considered "registered" until payment has been received AND you will not qualify for early pricing ($80 if received after 7/10/26)
3. Hotel reservations require a 2-night minimum and must be made by calling the hotel DIRECTLY and speaking to someone locally. This will avoid confusion with the national reservations center.
