Wooden Life Chapter 323, presented Sheriff Jeff Bailey with a South Carolina State Flag.The Chapter also donated several assorted stuffed animals for the Union County Sheriff’s Department children’s outreach program. Chapter members present were Crystal Fowler, Phillip Hagan & Jean Fowler.
