Simply Spanish Tapas and Paella. Imported authenticity in every dish, serving up specialties from Spain in the form of tapas and paella. Oh, and sandwiches. It's simply the best of Spain’s exotic food, and you're getting it all served out of a food truck roaming in Southeast Michigan.

It is probably the last place you'd expect to find traditional Spanish style tapas and paella. And sure, anyone can claim authenticity. Simply Spanish Tapas and Paella backs it up by continuing family traditions by using recipes passed down over generation, applying traditional preparation methods by making everything from scratch, and using the finest ingredients imported from small artisan producers from Spain. You will find a range from Andalusian crispy calamari and Basque Country imported pork sausage to a Spanish omelet, and specialty-marinated olives. Order them all and get ready to share.
